If you are a New Zealand customer you can track your order through Toll Parcels’ Fast Tracker service.

When your order has been dispatched from our warehouse Toll will contact you via email letting you know that they have picked up your package, and it is safely with them and on it’s way to you. This email will also contain the relevant consignment number which can be entered into the fast tracker service.
