If you’re not 100% completely satisfied with your purchase we will happily accept your return and provide you with either an exchange, or a full refund to the value of the product’s purchase price. All we ask is that you send the item back to us unused and in the original packaging, making sure that the product is in the same condition as you received it in.

• You can exchange or return your purchase for up to 100 days from the purchase date.

Here’s what you need to do:

1. Download the Women’s Rugby Shop returns form and fill out the required information.
2. If you cannot download the form please include a note stating the purchaser’s name, address, e-mail address and order number if known.
3. Using a satchel or carton, return package via registered post or other parcel carrier of your choice.

**Please keep a record of your shipment until you have received your replacement or refund.**

When we have received your order we will exchange your item, or refund the purchase amount to either your Paypal account or your bank account.
